For Same Day Delivery, you may message us directly via Facebook and confirm your order with one of our online representatives. If your payment is made before 4PM, and a team member confirms your purchase, we can serve your order within the day. All other orders will be served the following morning.

Shipping & Delivery

Company policy is to receive full payment before releasing our items from the warehouse. However, if you would like to avail for COD, you can visit our showroom in SM Megamall OR transact in our LazMall site where their system allows COD.

Our service area for "Delivered Assembled for Same Day Delivery" is limited to in and around Metro Manila and around our service centers in CDO, Cebu, and Davao. Outside those service areas, we recommend visiting our LazMall store to avail for their nationwide distribution service.

We offer same day delivery within and around Metro Manila (delivery fee varies on location). You can also opt for pick up from our warehouse located at Sun Valley paranaque, Head office in Makati or our Showroom in SM Megamall (Head office and Megamall pick ups are subject to scheduling.

Warranty / Returns & Exchanges

When you purchase a product from ErgoHome, you have 7 days from the date of purchase to decide whether you will return or exchange the item. If you decide to do so, you must fill out a refund/exchange form and return the item in good condition to an Ergo location within 7 days to be eligible for it to be honored. Once item(s) and refund/exchange form is received and the item is verified to be in good condition, then the refund processing will begin. For bank transfer and GCash payments, refund can be within 7-10 business days. For credit card payments, refund will reflect in your card within 15 business days.

To claim warranty, present your Order Number (SO#) to one of our representatives online and bring the product to an Ergo service center. If the claim is valid and within the coverage of the warranty period, our customer service team will assess your product and address the concerns.
